Matthew P. Foose, Esq.

Matthew P. Foose is an aggressive litigator handling thousands of personal injury cases to successful resolution. Matthew is a 1978 graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in 1981 and was admitted to practice in California in the same year. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State courts of California, he is also admitted to practice before multiple Federal Courts.

With over 40 years of legal experience working for and on behalf of injured plaintiffs, insurance carriers, self-administered entities, and their corporate insureds, Matthew is actively engaged in the practice of law. Matthew was formerly a partner of McDanel & Foose, a law firm specializing in the area of civil litigation on behalf of defendants. He has served as Judge Pro-Tempore of the Los Angeles Traffic Court.

His experience provides valuable insight into the handling of personal injury claims on behalf of plaintiffs. His experience includes over thirty jury trials to conclusion with extensive additional experience in arbitrations with an emphasis in the subject matter of personal injury claims. Cases he has handled include claims of product defect, construction accidents, negligent mall security, dental malpractice, assault and battery, slip and fall along with auto vs. auto accident cases.

Matthew presently enjoys motorcycling, skiing, and fishing. Matthew has enjoyed competitive judo and taking silver medals as a senior competitor in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Pan American Tournament as well as medals in other tournaments.
