Azin Barzin
Azin Barzin is an attorney at Makkabi Law Group, APC, where she focuses her practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases. Azin obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton, and later earned her Juris Doctor from Ventura College of Law in Ventura, California. She passed the California Bar Exam in 2016 and has dedicated her career to representing injured individuals ever since.
Before joining Makkabi Law Group in May 2025, Azin practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law for nine years at a Southern California law firm. Throughout her career, she has handled a wide range of cases, including motor vehicle collisions, slip and fall incidents, dog bite injuries, and burn cases. Azin has been recognized by Lawyers of Distinction since 2021 for her commitment to excellence in personal injury law.
Azin’s passion for advocating for the injured is deeply personal. Her dedication to this field began after witnessing her own mother’s struggle following a workplace slip and fall, which inspired her to help others navigate the challenges of pain, medical treatment, and recovery. She takes pride in being a compassionate problem-solver who strives to make life easier for clients during some of their most difficult times.
Outside of work, Azin is a devoted mother to her 13-year-old daughter, a talented musician who plays multiple instruments. Much of Azin’s free time is spent supporting her daughter’s musical pursuits—attending concerts, recitals, and live performances together.
