Delaney Miller, Esq.

Delaney began his legal career at an Am Law 100 firm in Seattle. In 2014, he relocated to California and transitioned his focus to plaintiff personal injury work, driven by a deep pride in helping individuals navigate their most challenging moments. Delaney is a seasoned litigation and trial attorney with more than 24 years of experience. He has been admitted to practice in three states, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. With a robust background in personal injury, product liability, and general litigation, Delaney brings a wealth of multi-jurisdictional expertise to every case he handles.

At Makkabi Law Group, Delaney focuses his practice on representing people who have suffered catastrophic injuries, including injuries to the spine, traumatic brain injuries and fractures. He is dedicated to building a genuine connection with his clients, ensuring he can authentically tell their stories in the courtroom. Delaney was born and raised in Charleston, West Virginia.  He attended West Virginia University (B.A., English) and Seattle University School of Law (J.D., 2001).  Delaney now resides in the San Fernando Valley with his wife and 2 dogs.  When he’s not busy supporting his clients, Delaney spends his time exercising, reading and supporting Liverpool F.C.
