  • Supports attorneys in their practice by assisting with gathering, analyzing, and organizing information; drafting legal pleadings, discovery summaries and responses, motions, and other documents.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafts legal documents including but not limited to discovery motions, summary judgement motions, appellate briefs, affidavits, memoranda, and letters.
    • Investigates factual information to respond to litigation discovery requests or other information inquiries.
    • Performs legal research and analysis, both manually and on computers; compiles, analyzes, and summarizes data.
    • Manages cases and files; organizes and maintains files.
    • Performs factual and technical investigation and analysis of case issues.
    • Assists in all phases of case preparation including discovery and trial. Prepares for and attends trials.
    • Reviews and finalizes litigation budgets with outside counsel.
    • Prepares jury instructions and trial binders; coordinates trial exhibits. Monitors legal fees, budgets, and project status.
    • Provides general logistical help and supports the maintenance of legal files.

    Requirements:

    • Legal Secretary/Paralegal experience required.
    • Can type at least 50 WPM.
    • Individual must be organized and must have the ability to multitask.
    • Experience in Personal Injury preferred.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

    1. Opening insurance claims
    2. Requesting medical bills and reports
    3. Screening new calls
    4. Requesting property damage estimates and loss of use
    5. Communicate with clients regarding pain and treatment
    6. Prepare first draft of demands.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Personal Injury experience
    2. Ability to type at least 45 wpm.
    3. Bilingual Spanish speaker is a must.
    4. Organized and can handle many tasks at once.
    5. Must be a team player.
    6. Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability.

  • Established personal injury law firm in Beverly Hills seeking a Marketing and Paid Search Manager who can assist with driving new clients to the firm and improving the firm’s Marketing practices.

    Qualifications:

    1. Must have Search engine Marketing experience.
    2. Must have experience with online and print marketing and paid search accounts/campaigns via various paid search marketing platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Yahoo, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
    3. Experience in search engine optimization, website optimization, and creating effective search engine marketing campaigns.
    4. Organized, patient, and can handle many tasks at once.
