Found unresponsive on Montauk Highway near Villa Paul Restaurant around 2:45 a.m., Burack suffered devastating head injuries, multiple fractures, and went into cardiac arrest before being transported to Stony Brook University Hospital. Despite emergency measures, she did not survive.
Amanda Kempton, 32, from Virginia, was arrested Friday following a manhunt.
